I tend to overwork myself and it’s really taking a toll on my mental well-being. I want to learn a lot and prove myself to my superiors so that they recognize me/see value. Now my work has a sense of dread to it. I watched my parents be workaholics growing up, so it’s all I know. I’m also goal-oriented and driven, so achieving a lot scratches that itch for me. But, it’s making me want to quit cause I’m burned out and depressed….im not sure what to do. Any suggestions would be helpful.

I use the Strong App for lifting and Runkeeper for running. Find a decent workout routine that you can stick to (don’t just make things up yourself) and then set up the routine in Strong (super easy). For example:

There's a few ways to approach this.
I use paid software with clients and even then we often resort to free/cheap methods, like note taking apps. The most common ones I've used professionally are Notion, Apple Notes, and Google Keep. I keep my own plan within a Basecamp page - after 15 years of doing this, this is my absolute favourite method.
This approach does require you to have a baseline amount of knowledge, but long-term it's very cost-effective and great for your autonomy.
Most paid apps offer a 7-14 day trial so try out plenty and see which one you like most. PUSH by Joe Delaney is what I typically recommend and offers 7 days free (not affiliated).
Finding out what exercises to program, how to perform them, and what to do outside the gym to adapt efficiently shouldn't be a drawn out process - the knowledge and skill can be learned in a few weeks.
I can outline the specifics of how to track within note-taking apps if you opt for that route.
