I’ve been thinking the same thing. A friend gifted me two weeks worth of Factor meals and I really enjoyed them but they are pretty expensive. Anyone know of less costly options that stop have tasty and healthy meals?
I think making things less complicated is key. I work from home but usually have the same breakfast during the work week. I also do similar lunches and don’t “batch prep” but lunch takes me like 2 mins to make. Dinner is what changes. If you pre plan for the week and have everything on hand for lunch / breakfast and then pre plan what dinner will be you should be good. You can also make dinners that last for 2 nights. Weekend planning and night prep is key to make your days easier. Thaw or pre-cook proteins, pre-chop veggies if needed so you can throw in the pan or air fryer.
