Why are you doing intermittent fasting? If you’re considering for weight loss, you only need to be in a calorie deficit to lose weight so when you eat during the day doesn’t matter - just how much and of course best to aim for nutrient rich foods for the most part. Intermittent fasting is not necessary to lose weight and like you, I enjoy my AM calories. Multiple studies have shown that having a well balanced protein rich breakfast sets your system up for success for the day and evades hunger that might otherwise build throughout the day, helping you be more successful with longer term weight loss and / or nutrition goals.
Calorie reduction is part of it, inflammation issues are another. I very much tend to over eat everything and anything and I eat too often. I'm never really hungry and that's why I'm nervous about productivity slumps.
You could easily do research on IF fasting
Intermittent fasting has tons of positive health benefits. Research it and try it out. I live It daily by eating one meal a day at dinner. The rest of the time I do not snack or eat anything, only liquids and water when my stomach growls. Your stomach will adjust quickly. good luck!
