Hi ladies, I’m looking to move into an SDE role from New York to the Bay Area and finding it difficult to get interviews despite having decent experience and a Masters degree. Anyone else looking to make a similar switch and facing this problem? Just wondering if it’s like this usually or because of COVID-19.
