Similar position but at a much smaller scale. It isn’t easy. I love the work, I love how much I can do, but I also really struggle with those times of burnout. Imposter syndrome is just as hard, I *know* I’ve done some amazing things, but still struggle with it’s not enough or it’s not actually that good. Still working through all of that. The best thing I recently started to do was write down all the good things and remind myself constantly of them.
It sounds less like imposter syndrome and more like societal bias syndrome. I made that up, but you know. As a woman society has built us up to have loads of self doubt, which makes us susceptible to imposter syndrome, don’t doubt yourself you got this.
