In-house marketing departments are flourishing right now. We’ve hired two new people, and plan on more. And we continue to fire our agencies, from content creation to branding. I think it’s a positive move, as I’ve seen better work related to the brand I work for come from those who understand it best. Tell me again why a full agency is necessary? 😆 We hire and give full benefits, while agencies continue to ask freelancers for discounts, while jacking up their agency rates.

Need advice pls . Been working in call center customer service for the past 15 years , since 2007. I work remotely .I really do love it . It’s convenient when you have young children. I just feel stuck , don’t have much education besides my high school diploma. How can I further my career and make more money in this field but not be stuck answering phone calls . Help! I need to set up an agent evaluation scoring system. Google forms is too basic for what I need. Any suggestions for other tools (outside of a traditional QA Platform) I can use? I need to send scores and feedback to people as seamlessly as possible. Thanks!

Has anyone that left a firm with a noncompete and subsequently asked for a listing of prohibited clients? I have a non-compete relating to clients I worked on 2 years leading up to my departure. The only problem is I'm not entirely sure what clients (I know most but unsure of all) I would have put time into those two years before I left.

HOW are there so many people that do not understand that you can't make a regular noun plural by adding an " 's " (like in "90 day check in's," "Monday's," etc.)

I’m taking the SPHR in less than 2 months and haven’t started studying for it. How difficult is it? I’ve been in HR for 20 years and have experienced ALOT in that time, although there are always employee relations scenarios that surprise me! How much do I really need to study for this? I just can’t seem to motivate myself to do it, I’m so mentally burnt out at the end of the day from a high stress HR job, the last thing I feel like doing is studying HR!
