Wasting many hours on mundane tasks of data extrapolation and formatting in Excel and PowerPoint (due to limited junior staff and programmers). Has been happening for a while due to us being short-staffed. I don't see myself "above" these tasks per se, but it's taking nearly 50%+ of my time. The mundane tasks can't be automated simply either (I have no programming background). I don't feel like I'm being utilized well given my background/experience. Is this a dead end? Common experience?

Recently flew American Airlines and my onward flight was delayed resulting in me not being able to make it to my connecting flight. Anyone have experience between choosing between an Industry position or making the final push (manager/SM level) for partner? How did you finally decide to go one way or the other and do you have any regrets? I think I want to try someone new but am having a bit of paralysis in making the move knowing the income/ partner lifestyle that I could be passing up… Open to any thoughts and advice.
