Hey everyone, I’m wanting to transition to tech from healthcare. I have 5 years experience, working front office (clinic scheduling, admin etc), currently back office (referrals, prior authorizations) , I have basic medical billing/coding knowledge & also provider credentialing experience. Any recommendations for tech roles that could be a fit with my background? I do NOT want to be in customer service or call center type role if at all possible though.

A friend recommended AlgoExpert, has anyone payed for the yearly subscription in the past? Is it worth it or is it too niche? Also very curious if anyone has utilized their certificate + recruiting profile feature (seems like they almost connect you with recruiters for you). Thanks in advance!

Planning to get engaged soon and know that we’re in a wedding boom, so lots of vendors and venues in my area are already booked for 2022 and much of 2023. Im not sure I want to wait 2 full years before getting married and want to start trying for kids - so what would you all do? Small family ceremony in 2022 and then the wedding party of my dreams in 2023? OR Fun casual wedding in 2022 knowing that it wouldn’t be exactly what I wanted?

I will be asking for 18LPA Fixed, if by chance I get it , will Wolters revise my offer letter as it being a product based company I am leaning towards them

Am working at a tech startup and looking to move to a larger tech company. Partly seeking better WLB, partly want to work somewhere with more resources so I can continue to grow. What’s a good way to frame this in interviews? Does it reflect poorly to say I want to work somewhere w more resources, like im not a self starter?
