And if you look at the rest of her work experience, it is all top exec roles all the way back to her first job after university in '94, which is a VP role. Odd, no?

What’s your work-life balance like? I feel like I’m constantly working after hours, always balancing multiple projects, hardly ever going through a phase where there isn’t a ton of critical initiatives going on.
