Guys there’s this boot camp that I came across that trains people to get jobs in Top consulting firms and has a fee plan wherein you pay once you get placed. I just wanted to know if someone here has any experience with this ?

You’re lucky to have gotten 15% bumps in the past. Title and salary increases are not always connected. If this is the same place you received your previous promos then it’s fair to expect the same sort of treatment but also remember your number is higher now, so 15% means even more. Key thing you can do is ensure you are billable at the higher rate so there’s no reason not to increase your pay. Assuming as a PM you have access to rate cards and therefore can work out the salary bands per title.
Got a 30% bump. Curious if them stems from Andrews promise to equalize salaries.
Nope. Always like 15%ish. Sorry
