I am working as a software engineer for 2 years. And work on two companies including my current organization. First one was a micro-scale startup where they don't provide any payslips or PF at all.
I got a referral for Accenture from this group. Today an HR called and told me because of not having the payslips and PF deductions from my fist company, they cannot proceed with my profile. What is happening in this field all of a sudden?
Can anyone give it a bit elaboration?

I've worked with Avanade for 9,5 years and moved country twice. They were very supportive, assisting with VISAS, moving costs etc. After about 8 years, I moved again, but started contracting to Avanade remotely through my local Accenture. Again, my team were supportive in making that happen. I've also worked with Accenture extensively from the UK, Mexico, India, Spain, South Africa etc.
Your experience in either Avanade or Accenture is very dependant on what you make of it and/or the projects you're assigned to. If you're a go-getter and prepared to ask/knock on doors, there's huge scope for whatever you want to do. But, it's up to you to make it happen.
As for the difference between the two - Accenture is a much bigger version of Avanade to some degree but has a wider technology focus. In either company, your personal experience is going to be so dependant on the specific project/task you're working on and your collegues or clients. I think that your immediate peers probably have a bigger impact than culture/leadership as a whole.
I use to request internally (since Avanade is JV and fully owned by Accenture now], but got rejected due to Accenture is delivering competitor product.
Got no project assigned for half a year, no sales. No room to grow, got stucked with one product.
