Currently SC at 115k ~ (+25k retention), offer from Capgemini Invent at 170 for M level.. not sure on sign on bonus. Worth the switch? Any reviews of capgemini?

CAPGEMINI Offer 22.5 LPA & 2 LPA joining bonus
