I have offer of 14 L in pWc. I informed my previous offer company Capgemini that I can't join, they are ready to give me 14.5 but in pWc, there is variable bonus of 5-20% based on performance, so considering all package would be 15.5+ in pWc. I mailed Capgemini to give me 16Lpa then I can think. They haven't replied since 3-4 days. Shall I consider it as no or need to wait. Also tcs also I had offer and I mailed them too, they also didn't replied.

VENT: I feel completely demotivated after our new FOW announcement and it gave me whiplash. Working here has been a dream, so it feels weirdly hurtful to be publicly celebrated as part of the “expanded talent pool” in announcements, but be told privately that my return to the office will be accompanied by a massive pay cut because of where I live.
