After 2 years at my company (Multi national company with >1k employees) I was promoted to Senior SWE with a 10% salary bump from 85k to 93.5 I live/work in the Baltimore area which I consider Medium COL. Is this a reasonable adjustment for a senior promotion in this area?

What is the average salary right now for an experienced associate moving into a senior role? I’ve got offers from RSM, SSF, CohnReznick, and Grant Thornton. I know the market is hot right now, how hard should I push to get a high paying salary? Also, what is a good sign on bonus?
Is the MBB name really worth it over Big4, T2, Boutiques in terms of exit opps? Would love to hear from experienced hires who have insight into both types of exits (MBB vs other) to better comp and wlb (tech is ideal but any industry works). I know type of case work factors heavily into opportunities but how much does the MBB name really open? Is that name recognition worth leveling down to grind for another few years?
MBB folks, how does sponsorship work if you get full scholarship? Do you still get money (say a percentage) from your employer?
About to have my third interview for an ACD role. It's been a while. Should I still bring hard copy resumes? Should I bring my laptop to take them through my work that we already talked through?
What does a product manager in “Credit Fraud and Risk” do? I come from a tech consulting (implementation) background. I recently got this role and I am a great fit for PM but I don’t understand 100% what this department “Credit Fraud and Risk” does. (Within the Banking Industry)

Hi all. If you have ever encountered passive aggressive teammates, did you raise this situation to your direct report? If so, what was your approach and how did you deliver the feedback? This particular teammate is beginning to create a toxic work environment for me and I would like to diffuse this situation amicably, as performance reviews are near.
I graduated June 2019, started full-time September 2019 and I feel like I have been so bad with tracking, saving, and overall being responsible with my money. My savings amount has been pretty stagnant for as long as I remember and I don't do any "investing" apart from contributing to my 401K and making HSA contributions. Can't help but feel like I'm behind everyone and don't know how to get myself out of this rut feeling. Any tips for how to turn myself around (i.e. creating budget, etc.)?
Been practicing a year now. Of 6 attorneys, 4 will be retiring soon, and I was brought in to hopefully take over. I am troubled: first that my partners largely provide me with no guidance. They handed me a client with a large quantity of fairly straightforward casework and have been hands off since. There also hasn’t been any talk of a raise/performance review. How should I ask for guidance/mentor ship? How do I ask for a raise, or should I presume one is coming?
Guys. How much approx does monthly or biweekly health insurance comes up to in SF paycheck?
Hi All! Does any have insight to the company culture at AMEX? Is it somewhat friendly? Inclusive? Are they 9 to 5 or do they burn the midnight oil? Any and all insights are greatly appreciated. Thanks!
For case interview prep, do you recommend RocketBock or PrepLounge? I have done 15 cases, of which are with a peer on Prep Lounge and a few friends (free version and wondering if it’s worth it to upgrade or to pay for RocketBlock). Goals: to become able to to come up with a good framework even if i can’t identify the type of case, and deliver my recommendations in a more convincing way/less robotic. Having an interview coming up next week.
This is random, but does anyone know if it causes a problem if I (an attorney) sit in with my dad for jury selection? They want to select via zoom and my dad is not familiar with the app (retired doc in his 70s), so he asked the clerk (I imagine it’s the clerk) if I could sit in with him. Clerk thought it would be okay, but would have to ask judge. Does anyone have familiarity with this? I’m a Corp attorney barred in another state and have done jury duty before, so I imagine no issues…
For those of you who spent a long time in big law (at least 10 years but more along the lines of 15+), when did you know it was time to do something else (maybe in the law, maybe not)? I don’t know if it’s wfh or just the work now, but I’m finding myself getting amazingly frustrated at things that barely bothered me before. I had an argument with opposing counsel last week and was seeing red for hours after that, and little things seem to bother me much much more than they would have before
