I am an MBA grad with 4.5 YOE in SAP MM.
Currently, working with TCS.
I have one offer from Capgemini, they are offering 12lpa(fixed, no variable)
I have also filled the Deloitte prehire survey, and asked for 15lpa.

Have I asked for too much? my current salary is 9LPA(fixed +variable).
Needed your suggestion and comments on this.
Any help will be highly appreciated.
