I am asked during this RE analyst interview to build a real estate model from scratch. My background is commercial banking and I am used to analyzing real estate deals from the lender side not the developer. The interviewer is generous I must say he’s giving me a few days to complete. However this model is for a ground up multifamily development. I have no prior experience building one. I can find models online but all very complexe to reproduce. How would you handle? I had recently interviewed for SAP Ariba for the role of CFE Consultant- Catalog Advisor, while the manager asked for my expected salary i mentioned 8.5 LPA, is it good?

How is product manager role ? Can anyone give me an idea? I am an Abap developer with 12+ years. Was not happy with my appraisal and let VP know that I wanted to move out of my current role. There is a chance I might get the role.
But still not sure what a product manager does in sap product company. Is it a role where I can see good growth in my career?

Any advice will be very helpful from other product managers or people who know what happens in this role.
