To people who have been at both EY and KPMG Advisory: what are the key differences in culture/benefits? What did you like and dislike?

EY folks...your 401K is 25% match up to 6% of total compensation for the first four years of service (yikes). Any way to negotiate out of that waiting period if coming in as an M or SM?

Ey fish - I heard our 401k match is moving to requiring a vesting period. My understanding is that currently, match vests immediately, is this changing?

My 2017 outlook after I leave EY... 20 minute commute, base comp 65 k plus overtime, 20 days PTO, Full benefits, and 4-day work week after busy season, as office is closed on Friday's. #gone
