Top benefits at Bank of America?
I have been reading a few articles talking about how FAANG isn’t as lavish as it used to be. My first question is if that is true? If it is true, my second question is what companies out there have the pay, benefits, and perks like FAANG? My last question is if it is as difficult to get into those companies? Hi I’m a current Graduate student, hoping to get my foot in the door for Deloitte Healthcare Consulting, Accenture CDP, or EY specifically within Chicago Offices. Is there anyone open to connecting and speaking on their experience being hired? I have previous experience working prior to my degree so hoping to get insight on how I can best score an interview. If you’re also open to providing a referral that would be a bonus!

I don't ever look at the daily news lol
Manager and below who reach 2nd year anniversary with EY after Jan 1,2017 get a one time 4k contribution to 401k but...you have to make it to your 5 year anniversary for it to fully vest. So if you leave firm at 3 year anniversary you will only have a portion of that 4k in your account.
So if I've been with the firm 3 years I am not eligible for it? :))
😄😄😄why beating schedules in public accounting are such a joke?
^vesting
I think this is related to the change in the pension plan
So does the $4k hit on your second anniversary or before, as long as your 2nd anniversary comes after Jan 1 2017?
OP yes. EY 3, you qualify for it on your 2 year anniversary...applies to all 2 year anniversaries that occurr on or after Jan 1, 2017. So if your 2 year anniversary was on Dec 31, 2016 no $$. If your 2 year anniversary is on Feb, 1 2017 then on Feb 1 u get the $$ but then there are the vesting rules...
Does anybody know the vesting rules for our regular monthly 401k matches from the firm? Was trying to find that today and couldn't.
Man. I vested sooner than I did before the change. But I'm missing out on the $4k bonus. I'm not sure I should be happy or sad
