I’m interviewing for final round of the entry level area manager position at Amazon. I’m working on multiple stories related to the leadership principles. Can anyone provide me some tips regarding the role?

My wife started as an M at Accenture earlier this year coming from industry. I’ve never worked at Accenture or any b4, but I had to explain to her how up or out works. She also didn’t know that she came in with 24 months at level and what that meant. Really surprised none of this was communicated during hiring or by her manager.

kpmg does look out for people but they can't sell projects for shit
401k match 25% for upto first 6% of salary ..Changes to 50% after 4 years. You get 500 bucks fitness benefit, 60 dollars per month for cellphone bill. 3 weeks vacation for senior and 4 for manager and above ..80 hours sick leave ..Pension fund which is about 2% a year so don't even consider it as a benefit

PwC health plans are garbage
Wealth builder is a pension plan in a way bc you don't have to contribute to it .. 401K you have 2 contribute
401k sucks. 1/4% match
Healthcare seems ok, on par with accenture. Our family coverage is $400 a month with a 800/1600 deductible, and it's 80% coverage. There's one that's more expensive that's 90% coverage, and a cheaper high deductible
Pwc has pretty much the same thing as EY .... my pension is 4% and they pay for my phone .. but 60 bucks credit will get me a phone as well
OP please don't call our wealth builder "pension", it's really just another 401k...

EY may not be a good option. Please talk to some EY folks first...

Benefits at K are definitely better than EY. I don't know anyone on the bench right now and all my projects have been fixing all the damage after PwC left the client.
