PTO accrues once a month on the 15th. I was maxed out at the time and used 3 days the week before expecting my accrual to cover about 2 of those days. Instead my pto didn't accrue since I was "maxed."

In my resume I have mentioned my last role with EY (Senior) and true total tenure with EY (2018-2021) and have mentioned my promotion dates in bullet points but I have not mentioned that I started as an analyst (assuming it was self explanatory). What do I do now ?
The title goes as EY- Senior - (2018-2021) and the first bullet point mentions the date of promotions.
Am I in trouble ?

I worked several years, so-so performance. I did decent work and worked long hours, but my managers sometimes results faster. Last manager was tough/volatile and I left abruptly (low note with him). Maybe he tried to retaliate. Maybe I was on performance improvement.

At what point is it considered optimal to make the jump from Big4 to FAANG? I've been a Tech Consultant at EY for a little under a year and, while I like the company very much, I do very little actual technical work. Experienced hire, Senior, 130k base. I'm very tempted to jump over to Amazon (despite their reputation for frugality). Do I attempt to make the switch now or wait until I get promoted to Manager?
