Leaving ey. What do most people do with their 401k money? Roll to new employer’s 401k?

I put 10% into my 401K but EY only matches 6% I do this because I overspend when the money comes to me 🤦🏼‍♀️ I know this isn’t the best idea so looking for recommendations 😀
