LOL @ the "better working world" shade 😆 Congratulations on the great opportunity! Hope you have a few weeks in-between jobs to rest up and relax.
Do you consider that good pay?
Yes full benefits means that the firm pays for all medical, dental, and vision insurance in addition to other things.
Yeah.. EY is not really waiting for people to leave, more like they are kicking people out. They are still doing layoffs.
That is why people are leaving EY in droves
Thank you guys... I will say regional firms are looking for people that want to have a better work life balance and that also feel like they want to have an impact on a better working world
Not saying much LOL
I consider 84k year great pay after what I was promised at EY without having a CPA license is amazing
Nice. Congrats
Better pay than at EY..
It's written into the contract and they wanted to give me OT
The smart way
What firm are you at? That's awesome. EY should learn a thing or two before everyone leaves them
Layoffs primarily CBS at the moment buuuut RPA is hot, that will eventually replace even some client service jobs.

Going to a smaller firm? Also, does "full benefits" mean the firm pays for all premiums?
It alao depends where OP is at in his/her career
I've already calculated my overtime hours and pay
