What do you read daily to stay up to date on life, current events, advertising, pharma advertising, etc?

Need some advice. I was seeing someone, and the relationship ended up being extremely toxic. They were narcissistic & gaslit me into falling more & more in love. We haven’t really spoken since. I just joined the firm & they are now a colleague. I am worried that I will get dragged into this mess again or they will be a nuisance to my work. So, a recruiter gave me feedback that my lack SPHR or SHRM-SCP is causing my resume to be knock out by AI and human recruiters despite my position and work history in Multinationals and being in Technology. They suggested that we put SPHR ( Lapsed). I let it lapse in 2017. What is your opinion? Plus if I were to take another certification - should I take SPHR or SHRM-SCP?
