You’re constantly showing up for everyone else, but who’s showing up for you? I started an initiative to coach HR/people leaders because I know what it’s like to be doing all the things for everyone else with little support or focus on your own well-being, growth and development. It’s a lonely game! I’d be delighted to create the space to make you a priority. Would love to offer a free session, or simply connect: https://www.chrisrollins.me/peopleleaders.
Does anyone know of recruiting firms with a focus on Anti-money laundering? I’m foreign educated and newly admitted NY attorney with CAMS certification but living in Miami lol. I’m here, because my husband practices in SoFlo. Any recommendations? I don’t have any experience but have CAMS.

What are some best practices for handling an employee with dare I say, too much initiative? They tend to steamroll others and processes because they are so fast at their job and rather than taking a breather when done, start digging around for new projects outside of their scope. We value them but want to ensure others are given opportunity to thrive too.

Is it appropriate for junior consultants to connect on LinkedIn with senior clients from a project? I’m about to roll off my project and want to keep in touch with these clients given they work in my dream exit job. For context, the client is senior in title but relatively young (mid 30s) so not like retirement aged executive who may find my networking too forward. We had great interactions throughout but no explicit invite to connect on LinkedIn. TIA!

Hey Googlers! Considering making a move and am in the interview process with PSO. Role is great but I’m concerned I’ll be asked to give up remote work. Ok with partial travel to clients but I do not want to go into the office to work more than 1-2x per month. How flexible is Google with this?

Alaskan Air v Delta question. I'm based in Seattle and will be doing a lot of domestic USA travel (likely mostly to Vegas). If the only criteria we're examining is the best point reward system for use for leisure domestic and international travel (also considering use of partner airlines in the case of Alaskan Air), which would you choose?
Tech implementation folks, what is your utilization target (hrs/week)? How many hours do you actually work per week (incl. admin/non-billable work)?
Hey googlers, I got an offer for L4 in S&O team and have the option to locate to Redwood City or NYC. My team is split across both the locations but mostly in redwood. Would you have a preference for location? Redwood seems to be really expensive but think would have more networking opportunities if I would ever like to switch teams. Thoughts?
Hi PwCers: have an intro call coming up for a deals strategy role within pwc. Have more of a financial diligence background but have worked on a few large transactions where I worked closely with CDD. Any tips on how to best position myself in the intro calls? Also what is the difference between Deals Strategy between pwc vs S&? The descriptions seem fairly equal to me. Any input you can share on potential comp for HCOL at the SC level would be helpful as well. Thank you!

Asking for a raise/general career growth Promoted to C in Oct 20 in our AI group. Work experience is data analytics using Tableau, SQL, and Looker. Our group is struggling with retention and during this round I want to ask for a raise. My current comp of 94k but 5% bonus isn’t competitive with the offers I’ve been getting on Linkedin at boutique firms or in industry. I have a lot of internal work projects too including 2 technical. Would it be reasonable to ask for 110?
Accenture 🐠 - any insight into the base / total compensation I should expect as an experienced hire (3 YOE) Strategy Consultant? Just want to have an idea of what I should go for! Thanks
Hi Any idea on how will be the work culture, over all employee benefits in EY GDS CT (Client Technologies) when compared to EY GDS Consulting? How different it is? This seems to be a R&D role with no client exposure.
For those recently laid off, what are you doing for healthcare coverage now? Just got my COBRA offer/extension letter and was floored to see the cost. So far I’ve only looked at covered California at the suggestion of a friend but at a glance the plans don’t seem substantially better - the monthly savings in premium on those plans is essentially offset by the increased deductible. Do I just suck it up and keep what I had through COBRA and pray I get a job soon? Any suggestions on ways to save?
