I'm working in wipro and currently trying to switch. I have applied for multiple organizations but not receiving the proper response.

My Tech stack - HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, ES6, REACT JS , Java, PL/SQL
YoE: 2.7yrs
Current CTC : 5.5LPA
In hand offer : 10.7LPA with 1L joining bonus
Expecting CTC : 13LPA

Any idea on why I am not receiving proper response? Is it because my expecting CTC is high? Or the process is usually slow?
