Hi Guys.. Need a suggest, I joined wipro yesterday.. Actually I had one discussion on going with UBS, and today HR called me to share relevant docs and we agreed on asked compensation( 6 lpa more on wipro offered). And HR said, it may take next 10 days to release offer.

So, should I tell UBS HR that I already joined one organisation.

Since I still not have UBS offer in hand, should I continue wipro.

Will it be big impact on career if I resign in 20 DAYS ( 1.5 month gap if I serve np)

Any Canadian consultants tried exiting to US roles (outside consulting) via Mgmt Consultant TN - did you have success or failure?

Any advice for someone aspiring to that route?

Higher offers at 27-28 with more fixed pay is from contract and hire/fire type companies. Mostly indirect hiring instead of direct employment with the final employer, means higher pay with lower jon security - we get little more pay, companies get the option to let go with ease later!
