Hi all. I am trying to determine if I am being compensated fairly. I am a tax manager (about to start my second year as manager) and have been with EY since staff 1. I was promoted to manager in June 2020 (during covid) and received a 7.5% raise. The class above me has mentioned they received much higher raises during their promotion years. My base salary is now approx. 97K. Any insights would be extremely helpful. Thanks!

BI bro , atleast the job position mentioned is that, otherwise im into data quality as well
If you are just comparing your pay with others, it will be never be enough. There will always be someone with lesser experience earning a lot more than you and likewise there will be a lot with more exp than you and still earning a lot less.
What really should matter is the work will be as good as you expect it to be and if you will have a good time working there.
