Hi Fishes,
I am going to switch for the first time.
If anyone can tell me it will be quite helpful that how to ask for the CTC in such a way that if i ask for certain range and its high and they don't want to give it to me as per my current CTC. atleast I will get an offer letter so that i can negotiate with other companies on top of that. Currently I don't have any offer letter in hand. Tata Consultancy Accenture Infosys Deloitte Wipro

There’s no such thing as job security when it comes to private sector.

Agree with Sr. Consultant 1 , the so called Job security isn't really a thing anymore in the last couple of years. All you can do is give your best and hope that the management recognises it and retains you in tough times.
Go for UBS. It's a better deal
Go with UBS
UBS is better choice. But no onsite opportunities. For any onsite you need to consider service based.
I agree. I was saying that Wipro may give onsite opportunity but its not easy in UBS to get it which is captive in nature. It was not service based vs product based comment.
