I am meeting my mom for the first time after 3 years post pandemic and going to pick her up from SFO airport. Her flight lands around 6 am PST. This is my first time where I will be driving from Sunnyvale to SFO airport and back (30 miles each) and want to avoid FasTrak/Express lanes as I don't want to pay so much money.

I was just offered an RN II position at Stanford Hospital’s B3 unit for $84/hour. Are there any RNs out there who can tell me what it’s like working on the unit and if it’s worth leaving my job for? I love my current job, my schedule and the people. I have no problems with it except that it’s 1.5 hours away from my family and it pays $25/hour less than Stanford.

Also, do you think it’s too late to ask if I can visit the unit before I make my decision? Thanks in advance.

I just interviewed for a SAP functional role for Accenture and it was VERY technical ...like asking me how complex config that we usually give to our offshore is done and if I know how to write a program in SQL....Are “functional” roles at Accenture not actually functional???
