11.5 years work ex with 15L current salary. Have 4 offers with maximum as 31LPA. Current company trying to retain me with 20% hike immediately with option of 1-2 years of prague onsite or 2-3 years of australia onsite and promotion in next one year with 10-15% hike.

Please suggest is it worth to stay for onsite and retention hike or move out now?

I am thinking to move out as after 2-3 years when I come back, I will be having same ctc and difficult to get job after 14-15 years of work ex.
