P&T is ‘central to our FY23 strategy’ and yet we had to beg and plead to even get a handful of P&T Directors to represent at the Director CLeX happening this week in San Diego.

Not feeling the ‘one firm’ narrative we push - completely tone deaf and sends a horrible message for P&T Directors.

This is after downgrading me from business because of overbooking (ok, not the end of the world), making us wait for 2 hours for luggage (getting pretty pissed of at this point) and then telling me that mine wasn’t scanned and it’s not coming.When I asked where it was, their answers were ‘can’t see it on the system, we’ll call you tomorrow if we have any news’. I am boiling with rage. How fucking incompetent is the aviation industry at the moment?
