For a con level it’s really good
Probably the highest you will get with a consultant role. Just my 2 cents though
120 for Consultant or SC level? For Consultant I would say it’s amazing! For SC seems on par. Have you tried industry? Industry pay tends to be higher for individual contributor roles. 10 years is worth much more than 120. Sadly, consulting individual contributor salary bands only go so high.
10 year sap consultant .. it’s less. U should be making at least 135. If you are good, try boutique sap consulting firms, u will easily make 150k or above. My frn does that and makes close to 170k as a consultant.
That’s about right
That’s probably above the con level pay band honestly
Consultant at 120k !? Holy shite
That’s like manager at EY
What firm is that??
Yeah EY manager won’t know anything technically or functionally about Sap, he will just talk some BS to make client happy. Consultant do all the works, everyone knows that.
Try Sap America as well. Sr principal can make more than 150k
Also if this is at Accenture then Consultant is equivalent to SC at Deloitte. 120k seems on the higher end for Consultant level there. I wouldn’t expect much of a raise until you hit Manager.
Well that’s all that matters . Who wants to know technical stuff like low skilled worker in an IT sweat shop ? Client loves you and we talk about sports that’s all it matters
Why aren't you coming in at the senior consultant level with that many years?
How many years did you spend in the slammer? I know a few cons, but you seem to be doing pretty good
