My brother wants to buy Financial modelling and valuation analyst (FMVA) by Corporate
Finance Institute(CFI) opting for a purely online
course. It is costing me around 30000 for Normal self study and 70000 for
full immersion/premium pack. (I don't
know about the placement assistance but need it so that he can get placed as he is a 2020 grad)
Is this course worth buying or anyone
has done this certification, help him to
take the correct decision.

Desperately want to get into healthcare strategy consulting. 13 years of healthcare clinical experience including project work. MBA. But keep getting told by recruiters that I don't have enough experience to be a Consultant or Manager but that I have too much experience to enter in every level such as a Senior Associate. Just one rejection after another, even when applying with internal referrals from Director or Partner levels. What am I doing wrong?

I’ve been in the industry for 23+ years, 16+ of those spent as a Producing Branch Manager. I hold S7, S63, S66, S24 and I’ve completed the education for the CFP (need to pass the exam). I work in field sales as an IC. My aspirational career path is to end up in people leadership. Recently, an Inside management position opened up that’s been brought to my attention by the hiring director. Question is, is going back Inside the right move to get into started in leadership? Or should I continue down the field path and wait until those field management slots open up?
