Hey! Any Google folks know if it’s possible to negotiate fully remote if a contract role is hybrid? Personally, I don’t want to relocate and go to the office on a contract role given the current economy. Plus, I’m assuming contractors are the first to go in layoffs. I just think it’s a fair trade off if I’d be allowed to work fully remote. I’m also trying to have flexibility to manage my Airbnb business in a different country. Same time zone as the home office if I’d travel weeks at a time.

My guess is meme stocks up normal good stocks down. It’s been a wild week and it’s only Wednesday.

I don’t get many right but selling my CRM calls last week and swapping to BMY calls and shares was definitely the right move.
I was frustrated Tuesday with having to close out a number of spec plays for losses in the AM draw down. I started building the next set of spec positions 25-30 basis points a day Wed and early today.
Losses today were much, much smaller - and BTC was again the biggest hickey. Anyway, had some cash to nibble on commodity plays and may scoop up some tech tomorrow.
Oh, and huge gains on bond etf puts this month.
Have to apologize. I just looked at the GME chart for the first time today.
My wife had to come in and ask why I was laughing so hard.
I really hope none of you got burned too badly on that - perhaps some of you even made some ducats.

I've got some LEAPS for fall. I'm getting worried because RKT beat earnings and is a top short stock too. If they start to get gamma/short squeezed too could get really bad. My LEAPS/common/lottos on RKT is like my hedge right now lol.

If bond yields continue to rise, yes.
I think the fed emergency brake gets pulled before 10 yr rates start looking parabolic and then market pendulum swings back
But also if the discount window stays close to zero, 5 or 10 year rates can only go so far, right?

Ha! Fair, digging into the details, the negative revenue was largely due to warrants being called early. So, could be a bump in the road or a sign of crash and burn. Haha.
