I got laid off so I have started to explore more about HR Tech and got to know about Oracle HCM...lanning to switch to Oracle HCM got offer as Consultant (Fresher) at LOWER PACKAGE (4LPA)J than my last CTC (5 LPA) in small14 ppl firm
Want to know from experience ppl is 1 year sufficient to learn Oracle HCM and then switch possible at 8 LPA after 1 year???

Got an offer from ba continuum for senior analyst role GIB pitchbook team. Confused about asking package, annual increment, work life balance and appraisal cycle. Do they give regular promotions to their employees??

Whenever i have a big deadline, my body goes into a panic mode where my energy immediately goes to figuring out how I’ll get something done well and on time. Outwardly, I don’t seem stressed so no one notices but actually I usually feel like I have a cold: fatigue, headache, sore throat, sinus infection. When a task is done, i stop feeling like crap. It’s been like this since law school. Any tips on managing stress or moving towards doing good work without my body shutting down lol?

Anyone have any worst interview stories? 100% bombed one yesterday, essentially just because I wasn't well prepared enough and I was super nervous. Knew what I wanted to say and said none of it, pretty sure I blacked out for at least some of it. Tell me I'm not the only one, (!!) or tips for self confidence are also welcome.

When you’ve put in a lot of hard-work as a developer on a great project and received the best performance award but compensation has been same since Day 1…and have completed 2 years in the company.
