Presume BMW X1 / Audi Q3 will be even smaller and not in contention? Xc60 is around £28k for 2017 version (~30-40k miles) and X1 / Q3 around £22k for 2018/19 versions (~30k miles). Any other car to consider? Wife adamant no MPV. XC90 would be ~£32k for 70-80k mile 2016 version.

Priority Pass (through my CSR) cancelled their relationship with the lounge in my home airport all of the sudden. That was a huge benefit of having the card for me. Anything I can do with Chase?

The home leaked every time it rained, mold was found in the home & the LL failed to make repairs that resulted in me falling down a flight of stairs.
