Current: 10 LPA fixed, UK product company, WFH, great WLB.

Offer: SLB Pune (Grade 10) – 15.5 LPA fixed + 1 LPA variable, Software Engineer, hybrid (2 days/week).

Tried negotiating but no hike as I don’t have another offer yet. Already resigned, serving 3-month notice, and SLB wants a buyout.

Since WLB is important as i manage professional career in sport as well with job, should I join SLB or keep interviewing during notice for a better offer/WLB?

How does one tell their boss (owner of the company) that you are burnt out? The sheer volume of work is exhausting and I haven’t taken a true vacation as we are a small company so if something urgent comes to my email I feel like I must respond. I was given an additional title and more responsibilities last year as well but only a 3% raise for it.

As a first time PM at a company with no PM structure, I’m finding it difficult to learn good practices and bring myself to “the next level”. Has anyone here had a similar self taught start that made the break through to become a solid senior PM? Anything will help, books, etc.

I started interviewing early Oct with a company that reached out via recruiter. The hiring manager was very straight forward with me that I was his top candidate and I was told all other interviews were very positive incl CMO. The recruiter said they'd be making an offer but it's now been three weeks. Anyone else had the process drag on like this? Meanwhile I'm taking other interviews and was offered a promotion at current company, but was very interested in this one. What would you do?
