In 2022, to avoid a life of regrets, I started my own business venture and in 2 years it stands as failed attempt.

Now I'm in debt, savings exhausted, marriage proposals declined, and facing court for credit card overdues.

Am I scared? Yes. Do I feel like a loser? Absolutely. Am I edging towards scary thoughts? Yes. But do I regret it? No.

This post is not a cry Out for help, but a reminder to anyone hustling. This too shall Pass. OR I HOPE !

Got news that my house closing may have to be moved due to a delay in the sale of my home. My partner’s income was excluded in the DI ratio, but if it were included we’d be well under the % threshold and can be approved to close on time regardless of the sale of my house. However our mortgage company’s underwriting team has been painfully slow in confirming if her income qualifies. She’s been at her new job 1 month after a year off. Have you thought about why PM interview experience is totally different than the actual PM job ? PM interview goes typically with current domain, design xyz for abc, guesstimate; whereas in actual job you have ‘n’ no. of constraints to build, leadership priority , sufficient time to think etc. What are your thoughts?
