The first 3 months are the most difficult. You're still getting to know the team and product and learning the ropes. Reach out to a colleague or manager to start a dialogue if there are changes you have in mind.

It’s not an immediate get out signals but I usually find the first few months super exciting because you’re excited about the company and product and seeing how things work. Sounds like there’s huge opportunities for improvements there so it’s worth bringing those up to your manager.

Hang in there! Is there anything you have in mind that could helo make your work more engaging? Bring it up with someone above you. Maybe you should take up on more challenging projects if you think you're up for it.

Hi Fishes, I am a Talend ETL developer with 2.2 yrs of exp at TCS. But I have not learned that much in the current project I am in, it's all migration and excels now😅. So, now I want to shift to a product based startup or mid level company in React JS technology for which I have already started preparation separately. Also thinking of giving resignation as my current project is affecting my mental state. Please give me insights on this as to how I should proceed and how to prepare.

I have been trying to escape consulting for over 2 years now, but havent been able go convert the right role for me. Ive had a plethora of interviews lately. I hope that I can land something soon. My big 4 experience has been so depressing, that whenever I land an offer letter, I will most likely break down crying. I consistently dream of that day.
