3 months into the company, and did not have a single manager connect. The manager's keep changing in PSP and they don't reply on either email or Teams.

I don't even have my career goals set up yet. No discussion on performance, achievements. Got queries about variable pay and MSI, but no one to direct them to.

I know this sounds like a rant, as I am frustrated of this situation. If anyone has faced or know of a similar situation please let me know what I can do.

Hi!! I’m an HR Coordinator currently (about two years of experience) but my job has so many responsibilities and tasks I’m beyond burnt out. It’s truly impossible to focus on one task because things are constantly being thrown my way. I’ve heard whisperings of a promotion or raise, but my workload is already too much, I don’t know if I’d want to accept more responsibility. Is it normal to feel like you have just as many responsibilities as your superiors who make 30k+ more than you?

I need help figuring out if I’m being underpaid. I’m working in real estate private equity and I focus on fund models and property valuations. I’m currently at base $80k and 20% bonus. On top of that I have 5 years experience and a masters in finance. I’m good at my job and receive positive reviews from everyone. Should I leave my first permanent job as a team leader of 4 DPs in a FMCG business (only been there for 4 months) to join a huge Tech business for a 12months contract?
