3L: Is it dangerous to mass e-mail for another job if I already have a BL offer that I accepted?

I got a 3L BL offer but not in my desired location nor my desired PG. But im mainly trying to switch cities and want to mass email BL firms in my city of preference. Is there a risk of doing this and pissing off the first firm or should I just wait to start working then try to lateral or switch offices internally in the future?

Struggling to get work at a free market firm after lateraling. I was very well liked at my prior firm and had high hours so really struggling to understand why folks don’t seem to want to come back to me with more work. Just wrapped up a deal with a regular client (although the client’s deal teams vary). I’m a Junior and did a lot of the emailing back and forth with the client and with the other side. Is it appropriate for me to add the client deal team members on LinkedIn? What about the lawyers on the other side?

Got staffed on an investigations matter and was asked to draft the letter. I added everything the senior associate said to and I still got a rewrite. I’m a mid level at a new firm, so I feel particularly awful about this. Feels like I’ll never be a good lawyer.

Which is more painful: watching litigators draft contracts or transactional attorneys litigate?
