Hi Fishes, Sometime back I was interviewed for Technical Support Job role in my domain. T1 went well. T2, in my understanding was better only (not great like T1 but not blunder. I felt it was nice and i replied majority of questions). They released the feedback after 10 days with "Not Positive". I am not totally sure with feedback as I replied majority of questions correct. I am being bit curious with "Microsoft" tag. What can be the reason?
Discussion appreciated.

My probation was supposed to be of 6 months (i.e until June 2022), but today I received a notification in Workday that I have passed my probation.
How is this possible?
I was planning to resign within probation for 30days notice period. But now this happened. Will this change my notice period to 90days??

Omg. What agency?
Say no and continue to WFH. I think that’s our right in this situation. You shouldn’t be forced to find a nanny when your daycare isn’t at full capacity yet. You can make the argument that finding a nanny who’s commuting to your home each day from elsewhere isn’t exactly safer for your family. There’s a million ways to fight for this. Stick to what is going to work best for you.
