41 years today I was in a car accident. I was alone in the car and seat belts were not the law. I ended up in a coma for 14 days, in the hospital for 2months. I had developed seizures, had to give up my apartment and move in w my parents for ‘supervision’. I was a social worker in a hospital at the time. I had just gotten into grad school and was ready to head to U of M that upcoming Sept. I was told 900 times that I’d never return to school or work; I did both. ! My faith in God persevered.
