Trying to get into a t25 program, studying currently for the GMAT. I see a ton of people posting how they started off in the 600s and got into 700s. Are there others who started in high 400s or low 500s that got into the high 600s or 700s? Trying to encourage a friend of mine and looking for positive feedback if possible lol. I’m currently a Grade 11 at Cisco. With the recent pay structure changes my annual comp will be $150k + 12% bonus. I live in a large metro area in the middle of the US. I’m looking to move around the company so that I can make commission but I don’t want to be an account manager. Can anyone tell me if there are Customer Success Managers, etc positions that manage customers post sale and have a similar range base as me with commission plans? I’m just trying to understand income potential.

Macro tracking & body building experts - what should my macros & calorie count be if I want to lost 10-15 lbs? I'm 142 (due to stress and hormonal changes).

I want to get down to 128lbs.

My scale's app says my BMI is 25.3 - just hitting into the overweight bar & 19.8% fat.

Used to be around 23 BMI and 18% fat pre-pandemic in 2019.

I tried the macro calculators but I'm getting mixed guidance
