7 YoE in Deloitte and make 95k as Base (USI landed resource so don't get any bonus, 401k options). I have a car benefit so with that I'm probably at like 110k base. Got an offer from a small consulting company (like 30 people) with 130k and 15% bonus. The money jump is not that appealing but they'll do my i140 which is not going to happen in Deloitte (again, USI). Never changed jobs before so would appreciate any key things to note/look for and tips to negotiate. Seems like a no brainier to me.
