I joined a life sciences consulting firm after getting my MHA but now feel like the life sciences space is not for me and want to explore other areas of healthcare consulting. Has anyone gone through something similar and made this switch before? If so, would really appreciate your advice!!

I recently started working at a firm that does a lot of legal aid. In order to attract more private clients, they want us to go out and do speaking engagements and volunteer work (on our own time). Furthermore, they started asking us to consider doing per diem duty counsel work to bring up our receivables (aka- work as duty counsel and give them our pay).
