I'm an MBA from the batch of 2020. I got into Social Media marketing (ORM) but want to switch to pure digital marketing as I don't see any growth in ORM & I'm terribly underpaid (Graduate level). I have a 1+ YoE. Looking for a job/profile switch. Any helpful suggestions/refs are appreciated.

Curious what everyone else’s experience has been with refresh RSU grants (ie how many $s in RSUs have you gotten on a yearly basis after your initial new hire grant)

In an environment where we’re barely surviving, fielding resignations left and right, I thought this might be a good place to vent, source ideas, discuss common trends etc. Our field is very unique and hard to find comps in terms of salary, daily duties, expectations so I’m hoping we can have an open dialogue on this!

I have H1B Dropbox appointment in 5 days and my lawyers are saying that I cannot travel as My LCA is pending. I have Approved I-797 but I recently changed my location from one state to other and lawyers are sating that I need to wait on LCA Approval. Anyone faced this scenario? I have never heard of it.
