Does anyone have experience with Ben Glass’s “Great Legal Marketing” programs? https://greatlegalmarketing.com
I ordered a free “starter kit” from his company and received a decent-sized box with some books and audio CD’s. Haven’t listened to the CD’s yet, but the books aren’t bad, with plenty of practical advice.
Now he’s running a promotion where you can get two months of his basic-level course for just $19.95 to cover the cost of shipping. It seems that Ben is one of the better-regarded legal marketing “gurus” out there.
Any idea of the promotion and bonus 😅in EY
(I have recently joined IQVIA bangalore. I will receive my first month salary on 25th this month. Payroll portal got just created for me. So, I opened.)
In my reports -> My current CTC section. It has details of Current annual & Monthly AGS. My question is what is AGS? It is showing half of my CTC. Should I raise this to HR or it is just something else. And where can we get the actual CTC reflection? Pls help. Thanks in advance.

My annual increase this year was 3% when I was promised it would be much, much higher. Which feels kind of like a slap in the face when you've been expecting something closer to 15% and you're getting a measly 3%. But I'm with you, what is 1% supposed to accomplish? Especially with all of these rising costs.
Wow, if you were promised something in double digits I’d be angry! Even 3% hardly accomplishes anything with the rising costs.
I’m trying my hardest to just be thankful I have a job though. Could always be worse.

Most merit increases are in the range of 1 to 2%
Was that the case 3-4 years ago, too? Definitely not pre-2020.

Absolutely! Usually it doesn’t make much difference at all!
Yes 🙌 now imagine that only every other year! Sad 😢 I know. I feel for you!
