A career coach advised to remove credentials from the resume header. According to her, “it has never been appropriate to include credentials next to your name that are not a terminal degree. (e.g., PhD). However, we used to put MBA next to people’s names because that essentially is a terminal degree in business when it comes to corporate work. Dentist, made appt via Zocdoc to see a dentist that was in network. Another dentist at the location saw me instead who was out of network. I have text evidence they said it would be covered before visit. Claim was denied - asking for ~500 dollars.
