A client I worked on with my last agency (social AOR) just went to a different agency (brand AOR) to make 3 x :30s using a line that I wrote and a similar concept we pitched.

I haven’t been with that agency or worked on that brand in over a year but I know I wrote the campaign line.

I don’t feel comfortable with someone else making my work, but I also don’t feel comfortable putting my name on it — especially when I never worked at the brand AOR.

What have others done in similar scenarios?

I have an associate's degree in graphic design and work designing wedding stationery. I've been at my company since 2016, and am now a design consultant - speaking to customers directly and creating custom artwork and designs for them.
