A former colleague of mine moved into solutions consulting and says she makes more in commissions than she ever did in audit. She basically just demos accounting software to CFOs and explains the technical side of the implementation. I’m worried I don't have the extroverted personality required for a sales-adjacent role. Do you think a standard introverted accountant can actually thrive doing something like that?

I have the opportunity to take a Solution Architect role for the Salesforce CSG team. I'm currently a solo SA for a large Salesforce Org usually dealing with about 5 large projects at a time. Can anyone that has or currently works for the Salesforce CSG team answer a few questions?

I have received two offers from great companies. One is a senior analyst role in the advertising industry and another is a Product manager role in the risk industry. I have 1-2 years of experience as an analyst.
