I would argue your currently in your second busy season. Most people in PA only count spring busy season (Jan-Apr). Granted there are other times that are also busy, but that is the busy season people seem to care about, and more importantly the one people outside PA understand. Saying you're in your fourth busy season but not a senior isn't a great reflection on your growth. However, it makes since you're not a senior yet given it's only your second.
I think your office is an exception- 30+ years in and I’ve never heard anyone mention two busy seasons in a calendar year. As others mentioned, saying 4 busy seasons and not a senior made it sound like you have SERIOUS performance issues. Please, outside your office, do not phrase in that manner again.
Now to your question, if you get an offer that is just too good to pass up, go for it. Otherwise, try to hang in for promotion. Looks better on your resume to show your performance warranted promotion.
Do you already have your CPA?
